Dry, Light Bodied style of Sauvignon BlancRudolph Tissier took the reins of the family business some 20 years ago, and takes most of the responsibility for viticulture; whilst younger brother Florent works the cellar. This pure, lively Sancerre is bright pale straw in colour with a slightly spicy, fairly grassy, ripe lemon nose. Very dry, medium-light bodied, fairly spicy, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a very crisp, unoaked finish.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
