A hop, skip and a jump away from Kym Teusner's Barossan patch, clearly crafted from high quality fruit. Far from a bang-in-bang-out style, this harks to white Bordeaux. And all the better it is for it. Notches on the totem pole: barrel work, superb. Textural in all the right ways, yes. Tropical fruit knocked out, thank God. Long finish doused with herbal references. An exemplary sauvignon from the Hills that will grow in stature with a little age. Kudos!
