Château Grand-Puy-LacostePauillac 1983
About this product
The 55 hectares of vineyards straddle two hills on the all important gravel soils of Pauillac. Under the control of the Borie family of Ducru Beaucaillou, considerable investment and improvements to the quality of the wine have been made. The '83 is a case in point; maturing with a meaty cinnamon nose the palate is full and round with spicy redcurrant fruit and silky tannins.
