Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse-de-LalandePauillac 1979
About this product
One of the 15 original estates to be bestowed 2nd Growth status in the 1855 Bordeaux Classification, "Pichon Lalande" is a wine with a higher than normal Merlot content and as such shows a lovely 'feminine style' of soft, plush fruits. 1979 in Pauillac is regarded as a good quality vintage and the wines from "Lalande" are still showing lifted and plush fruit.
