WynnsShiraz 2007
About this product
Under the continued stewardship of Sue Hodder, Wynns continues to produce wines of utmoust value and not surprsingly, cellarability. The 2007 Wynns Shiraz continues the recent run of great wines under this label and once proves to be a great medium-term cellaring option. The harder Coonawarra tannins have dropped away to reveal a plush, raspberry driven Shiraz that is perfect drinking today.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Good purple-red; nicely ripened plum and blackberry fruit on the bouquet leads into a well balanced palate with good texture, and savoury/spicy tannins.
