MetalaWhite Label Shiraz Cabernet 2006
About this product
Metala is a famous name in South Australian wine circles, with some of the country's most important wines coming from vineyards located in Langhorne Creek. After being carefully nurtured in our climate-controlled cellars for past few years, the the 2006 Metala has a fantastic colour and a bright and vibrant nose of cassis. The palate is still quite lively and backed up by vibrant acidity pointing to its pedigree as a great medium term cellaring red.

Full bodied white wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with good palate weight and full flavours.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Good colour; bright fruit with blackberry and spice, a touch of mint and a little cassis; fine and persistent, with clean fruit and vibrant acidity on the finish.
