About this product

The Moyston name on a Seppelt bottle of wine goes back to the legendary Colin Preece in 1951 when he produced the Bin H66-68 Claret. Today the Moyston name is pays homage to the small town near the winery in Western Victoria and is only produced in years when the region can express the true nature of the terroir. In 2006, the Moyston is a Cabernet Sauvignon from the Grampians region and is a classic style Cabernet with drying tannins and a subtle fruit character. Underlying cedar and earthy flavours dominate a wine that has been described as being almost 'Bordeaux' in character.
