Seamless with tremendous length and intensity of flavour and a lovely savoury tannin grip that this Evans & Tate RedBrook Cabernet Sauvignon is renowned for which adds texture and balance. Cool Cabernet characters from Margaret river of redcurrant, menthol and tobacco leaf overlay riper characters of cassis, green olive and blood plum to produce a medium bodied wine with remarkable depth and length of flavour. The ability for the wine to evolve into a tremendous aging style is a dedication to the quality of the fruit, the French oak used and the skill of the winemaker.

Very pleasant drop

As a mystery wine it was a very enjoyable drop . I had my doubts thinking it would be a dud wine but it as excellent . Definately recommend to a friend . We had guests for the first bottle and all enjoyed it .
