SaltramMamre Brook Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
About this product
One of our true stars in the Cellar Release stable at the moment. Fantastic notes of blackcurrant, blueberry and a touch of mint greets you in the mouth. The fine grain tannins have dropped away to reveal the sweet fruit essence and pure drinkability of the wine.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Strong blackcurrant fruit on the medium-to full-bodied palate; evident but balanced tannins. Its only in very good and relatively cool vintages that the Barossa is suited to Cabernet.
