About this product

Phi is a celebration of single vineyard terroir in the Yarra Valley. This particular Chardonnay had gone through malolactic fermentation, which translated into that beautiful rich buttery flavour on the palate. A fine structured wine, pale straw in colour; subtle tropical fruits and the gentle acidity had bring the wine to a minerally finish. A true reflection of a great Aussie Chardy classic.
