About this product

Made as a joint venture of Shelmardine and De Bortoli, this single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is more akin to Sancerre than Marlborough. With flinty minerality and wonderful texture, its not as overt as its NZ counterparts, but very classy and well made.

Great tasting wine

I won't call myself a connoisuer of fine wine but having tried this recently at the De Bortoli winery, the flavours of fruits bounced right out of the bottle. The wine was very smooth to drink and not acidic. Certainly a favourite white win
