Chardonnay

The mild weather conditions allowed for slow ripening with ripe flavour profiles developing at lower than excepted sugar (Baume) levels. The resulting wine was made entirely from grapes grown on their southern Margaret River vineyard and has a wonderful array of bright fruit aromas and flavours. It is made as a carefree drinking style with modest complexity from barrel fermentation and lees stirring.
