About this product

Black Shiraz matured in seasoned oak for 3 years, revitalised by bottle fermentation, left on lees for another year before disgorgement & tirage. It's as good as it gets and has Christmas day written all over it!

I've never had a sparkling shiraz like this. It's intense, fruity, fizzy and terribly drinkable. It can be hard to get your hands on and it's at the expensive end for me but it's very, very good. Save it for a special occasion and serve it
