This mix of classic Champagne varieties provides an energetic bouquet of juicy red berries with delicate floral undertones. An expressive palate with plump and ripe flavours.

Sourced from sites in the Yarra Valley, Strathbogie Ranges, the King and Buffalo Valleys, and Coonawarra. A 55/45% blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, including 6-8% of a red base wine, fermented on skins to provide colour. Approximately 80 individual base wines are involved and (somewhat surprisingly), 30% of the wine goes through mlf. Disgorged July '13. Bright pink; there is enough red fruit flavours here to make this an each-way proposition for aperitif or food use.
