This outstanding Shiraz vintage was produced from the 2005 Coonawarra vintage. The bouquet is filled with spice and dark plum fruit. The palate is long in flavour with lovely dry finish. Reminiscent of plums dipped in dark chocolate, this wine is a good commercial style; nice fruit, a whisper of oak and a little tingle of acid.
