Penfolds Grange began life from humble beginnings in the early 1950s and has become the the icon it is today, engrained into the wine psyche of wine lovers across the world. The vision of Max Schubert has borne an Australian legend that is officially listed as a Heritage Icon of South Australia. A multi-regional masterpiece that shows power, concentration and balance to showcase the very best in Australian wine. One of the rarest Grange's around today, the 1964 is drinking now with its fine aromas and flavours of prune, molasses and leather. Leafy tannin is still present. Bottle image is indicative only.
