About this product

The Magill Estate style has evolved over the years. The early vintages were quite lean and tight. From the early 1990s the wine shows greater fruit definition and palate vitality. Matured in French and American oak for 14 months under ground in the estates cellars. Bright fresh violet, camomile, blackberry, liquorice aromas and graphite/cedar nuances. Sweet blackberry/vanilla /cedar/herb flavours and fine dense, slightly leafy tannins. Drink to 2020
