Wolf BlassBlack Label Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec 2002
About this product
Wolf Blass Black Label was the first ultra-premium wine produced by Wolf Blass, back in 1973. The 2002 marked the 30th consecutive vintage of this iconic wine which has won record 4 Jimmy Watson Trophies at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show. A Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec blend from both the Barossa and Langhorne Creek, the 2002 is the archetypal Black Label with acassis, mocha and mint nose with plums coming fore on a rich ripe palate. Toasty oak completes the picture on a wine that is still evolving to this day.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
