Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Crimson. Absolute classic Barossa Shiraz showing all the hallmarks of regional provenance. Intense ripe blackberry/mulberry aromas balanced by perfectly pitched spicy malty oak. The palate is deeply set with superb choco-berry fruit flavours, looseknit gravelly/chocolatey tannins, beautifully seasoned malty spicy oak, finishing with amazing length. Brilliant! AC 2002
