Tannin probably a little too strong for the elegance of the fruit. Extravagant flavours of coffee and aniseed. Blackcurrant and toast. Excellent length. Needs its tannin to calm so that its elegance can shine.

Dense red-purple; luscious, concentrated ripe fruit and vanillin oak bouquet leads on to a palate with a cascade of plum, spice, vanilla and mint flavours, finishing with slightly disjointed tannins still coming together so early in its life. Could well end up in the highest rank.
