Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

The colour is deep but bright, the fruit flavours are (happily) led by the black fruits of the shiraz, with a touch of red berries on the finish courtesy of the other varieties; oak and tannins are at the upper limit, and the wine will repay long-term cellaring.
