Harewood EstateSauvignon Blanc Semillon
About this product
The fruit for this wine was grown in cool climate vineyards situated in the maritime Denmark sub-region of the Great Southern wine region in Western Australia - a blend of 63% Sauvignon Blanc and 37% Semillon. Only the finest, more “pristine”, free-run juice was used resulting in a wine of outstanding elegance and purity. A cool ferment in stainless steel, minimal fining and the use of screw caps are all further steps towards capturing the inherent delicacy of this cool climate blend

70/30% sauvingon blanc/semillon from Denmark, fermented in tank. Pungently sweaty and a touch savoury on the palate, this lacks intensity of sweet fruit, instead relying on acid to carry it. While it could be refreshing, there is not a lot of fruit flavour.
