Made from 75 year old ungrafted, dry grown, low yielding vines. The Shiraz was hand picked in mid April and matured in new and season American and French oak hogsheads for 18 months. Its rich complex, layered fruit and with age will become more elegant.
Made from 75 year old ungrafted, dry grown, low yielding vines. The Shiraz was hand picked in mid April and matured in new and season American and French oak hogsheads for 18 months. Its rich complex, layered fruit and with age will become more elegant.
Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
