With fruit still sourced from the Eden Valley vineyard purchased by Cyril himself in the 1960s, the 1996 Cyril is medium purple-red in colour, elegant and fragrant with red cassis and red currant fruit. With a fine and elegant palate followed by beautiful tannins and great oak.
