Still showing that trademark white pepper and spice backbone with luscious red fruit and cedar notes.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Medium red-purple; perfumed cherry, raspberry and, plum aromas are the drivers of the elegant palate; raspberry, a touch of chocolate and fine, ripe tannins are all there. Less substantial than the '99 and will be ready sooner.
