About this product

Wine maker Peter Douglas' takes a non-interventionist approach to his wine, allowing the terroir to express itself. This non vintage Piniot Chardonnay has been blended to provide a sparkling wine of pale pink salmon colour with ample strawberry bubbles with a hint of sweetness.

Try this if you are a fussy sparkling drinker

I am working my way through Australian sparkling wines as I normally only drink champagne but can’t keep that up ! So far this is the best I have tried. Not as dry as the cold climate tassies which suits me It’s very good value

This is a beautiful, dry Pinot with lovely fine bubbles, it's my all time favourite! You can't go past this one, I would highly recommend.

My favourite champagne for the years, before all others started to copy a salmon colour.Cool Lime coast and Coonavarra terra soil have made it.

Not well known,as it use to be a boutique champagne, but Coonawarra and Lime coast district have all ingredients to sensational bubbles which will make any occasion on the go.

Love this brand of bubbles, good price as well. Doesn't give me too much of a sore head the next day!
