Grant BurgeMeshach Shiraz 1994
About this product
Meshach Burge is Grant Burge's' Great-grandfather, and provides a great name for what is one of the best Barossa Shiraz's going around. Full bodied compact and thickly textured, the flavours are deep and layered in the black fruit spectrum. Tannins and oak are in perfect balance. With age it will reach a plateau of supple perfection.

Vintage
Deep crimson. Tightly structured wine with vanillin/liquorice allsorts/mulberry/plum-cake aromas. High tensile mulberry/aniseed aromas with plenty of new oak, fine-grained tannins, plenty of concentration and length. Oak slightly at the fore. Needs a bit more time. AC 2000
