Cabernet Sauvignon

Harewood Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of premium parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from specialist vineyards in Denmark and Frankland River. After one year in oak, each barrique were subjected to an exhaustive selection process to arrive at a final blend which is then matured for a further 8 months in French oak. This extensive process delivers a wine that has a dense, dark brick red colour with some youthful purple hues. The nose is a complex blend of cassis, mint, cedar and tobacco leaf which leads into a seamless palate of blackcurrant, plums and vanillin French oak complemented by a long finish of coffee bean, chocolate and fine tannins.
