Pinot Meunier

Meunier - from the French, meaning miller - is a mutation of pinot noir. This wine is all about fruit and instant attraction. Blushing red with a translucent ruby hue, this wine opens with an exotic lift of wild raspberries and red cherries. While subtle notes of cinnamon and nutmeg linger in the background, the aromatics remain firmly focused on the fruit, creating an incredibly inviting profile. On the palate, the experience mirrors the nose with exuberant flavours of boysenberry and plum. The warmth of the 2025 growing season has clearly bolstered the wine, filling out the mid-palate with soft, silky fruit. There is undeniable depth, yet the wine remains light on it’s feet and a pure pleasure to consume.
