HardysOomoo Cabernet Sauvignon
About this product
Oomoo' is the aboriginal word meaning 'Good' or 'Attractive', that's why in the 1870s Thomas Hardy adopted the word for his most popular wines. The Oomoo Cabernet Sauvignon displays classic aromas of dark chocolate, blackcurrant and hints of dry herbs backed up by tones of sweet vanilla oak, complimenting the fruit. The fine tannins add that little bit extra length and structure to bring the whole palate together.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
