The Oomoo Cabernet Sauvignon displays classic aromas of dark chocolate, blackcurrant and hints of dry herbs backed up by tones of sweet vanilla oak, complimenting the fruit. The fine tannins add that little bit extra length and structure to bring the whole palate together.
