About this product

Whole bunch pressed grapes fermented with yeast indigenous to the vineyard, the wines underwent regular lees stirring and malolactic fermentation to build palate weight and complexity.
This is a beautifully refined and elegant wine with ripe melon and pear notes, excellent purity, focus and a long finish.

I have sampled earlier vintages of Mornington Estate Chardonnay in the past, this doesn't even taste like its from the region. Taste is young and more like grigio than a chardonnay. There is better to be had elsewhere. I relegated the rest
