About this product


This Pinot Noir is made from selectively hand picked, estate grown fruit from the Dixon's Creek vineyard. The fruit, from a vintage which was characterized as being hot at harvest, ripened evenly, showing lovely colour and flavours. Made at Yering Station, French oak barriques were used to age this wine for 10 months.
