Chambers is a small, family operated winery was established in North Eastern Victoria, by William Chambers in 1858, and is now operated by fifth generation winemaker Bill Chambers. Their Cream Apera is a rich, velvet smooth wine that is traditionally served as an aperitif but is just as welcome between meals.

Many years ago I came across Chambers vineyard It was wonderfully chaotic There were cats everywhere and holes in the floor Cannót remember what I bought but always held the memories of good and clearly different products I was introduced
