Their Shiraz Viognier shows terrific rich spicy fruit of dark berries with intergrated fine grained tannin. The palate is beautifully textured and complex with a lovely suppleness.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
