Conditions in Wrattonbully, just north of Coonawarra, are perfect for botrytis to bloom. Once set in it allows the rich and flavoursome Viognier to develop the golden nectar colour and rich apricot, peach and spice flavours.

Lots of Marmalade type qualities, excellent with cheese

This is a lovely and interesting wine. It has very intense marmalade, candied cumquat type qualities with overtones of glace apricots. We served it with cheese and dessert and found it particularly suited the cheese course. I am new to dess
