Capricorn Rum Liqueur is as real as it gets - locally sourced molasses, a long fermentation time and aged in Queensland's tropical climate using ex bourbon barrels. We dont add any artificial flavours -only a touch of salted caramel and vanilla to sweeten the deal. Perfect for drinking over ice or over your favourite icecream.

My husband is becoming a bit of a rum collector, we like to buy a new brand every couple of months from all over the world, this has become my all time favourite. So smooth and love the caramel flavour.
