About this product

Medium depth crimson with purple hues. Ripe red fruits and black cherry on the nose with red rose petal perfume mingling with subtle savoury and herbal notes. The bright and juicy fruits coat the palate and are balanced by pepper and sweet spices. Medium-bodied in structure with great complexity and lovely silky tannins which flow through the fruity, peppery and spicy finish.

A fantastic example of GSM especially for under $20. It is easily the equal of more high profile expensive GSM's ie. Penfolds. Another outstanding wine from an outstanding winery.

I have been drinking this wine for a while now and tripped over it in a write up in the Dan Murphy wine guide. It is lighter that a shiraz and yet still has a full body. Compares favourably with other more expensive varieties.
