Clean, crisp chiselled fruit with a long dry finish make the St John's Road Peace of Eden Riesling a wonderfully elegant wine, ideally for immediate drinking but will cellar up to medium term.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Distinctively Eden Valley riesling on the bouquet, but offering some lifted blossom-like notes to go with the familiar lemon butter and mineral aromas. Relatively soft and full on the palate as the style goes, with a slight sweetness about the fruit. Has sufficient acidity but it's not pronounced. Very approachable now, and suited to short or medium term cellaring.
