Brindabella Hills is a pioneer of the Canberra District, having planted vineyards in area near the Murrumbidgee River that had previously not been considered a grape growing region. Their Shiraz is matured in French and American oak for 22 months allowing the wine to develop a lovely medium-bodied palate that opens up with some dark cherry and plums. A nice savoury and fine grained tannin finish show this wines true class.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
