About this product

Mead is the oldest fermented drink known to mankind. Liqueur Mead is made by fortifying Mead with a neutral spirit and a selection of herbs and spices. After up to 3 years in oak barrels, it is ready to drink neat or over ice.

Now THIS is what a mead should taste like. my store has 4 different meads for sale and three are maxwell brand ones.... Daringa mead, Maxwell honey and Maxwell spiced are all drinkable but they're too thin and watery and can get a bit sour
