David Hook Shiraz is crafted from established low-yielding vines grown on red clay soils at Belford in the Hunter Valley. This wine is medium-bodied with fresh berry aromas and sweet red fruit flavours, soft with a light tannin frame. Suitable for immediate enjoyment, however, it will benefit from short-term cellaring.
