Pinot Noir can be a glorious thing in the hands of the right winemaker. Punt Road winemaker, Tim Shand, clearly knows pinot noir. His 2019 vintage version has noteworthy inner strength and displays many of the facets of pinot noir that devotees seek - brambly, forest floor notes, cherry and cranberry flavours laced with gossamer tannins, soft spices, and great natural acidity, providing lively freshness and drive.
