Grapes used in this wine are Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara, which are air-dried on mats for 5 months. The wine is fermented for 1 month in stainless steel tanks, then it ages for 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels. Enjoy with roasted red meats, game, aged cheeses.
