Bright and fresh in the glass, with an ever so slight lick of bronze. Pretty aromas of pear drop, baked apple, vanilla, sweet spice and white lily. Fresh, crunchy and full of life on the palate. Flavours are of green apple, pear, just-ripe stone fruit and talc, all doing their thing. Crunchy acidity and some phenolic grip bring on the cut and mouth-feel. Delicious drinking 09 NOV 2023
