St Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon is one of Australia's most iconic Coonawarra Cab Savs, made from only the best sites in the region the wine is packed full of classic regional mint, blackcurrant and long, toasty tannins. The 2000 vintage can be compared to the 1994 vintage which was dusty and earthy in character. Plenty of mint and blackcurrant combined with tobacco, leather and dust. Drinking well now.
