KooyongFaultline Chardonnay
About this product
Sandro Mosele works his magic here with the Faultline Chardonnay; the fruit from which is drawn 100% from the Faultline Single Vineyard. Whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented naturally, the complex and textural Chardonnay is matured for 12 months in French oak, of which 30% is new. This is definitely a wine for those Chardonnay hedonists out there.

The Faultline is a fuller and richer wine than the Farrago, offering grapefruit, cashews and mealy complexity; the palate is generously textured, fresh and focused with ample weight and a long and sweet-fruited conclusion; truly two contrasting styles.
