Barbera D'Alba Superiore

After fermentation this delightful Barbera spends 12 months in large oak vats to preserve the delicious fruit flavour. It is dark ruby ​​red in colour with violet reflections. Intense aromas of black fruit, in particular plum and black cherry, with light spicy notes of vanilla and cloves. On the tongue it gives a warm and enveloping sensation and the fruit harmonizes wonderfully with the sweet tannin. A long and clean finish with excellent freshness.
