Typical of Sauvignon Blanc it has a lovely fresh herbaceousness along with some light and sweet tropical fruit characters. There are aromas of snow peas and fresh passionfruit as well as a hint of spicy lemongrass. Beautifully balanced, this wine has the zesty freshness as expected in a young wine along with good palate weight. With light (near ripe) tropical fruit flavours of lychee and passionfruit this is well flavoured Sauv Blanc that can be enjoyed with or without a meal. Its delicious citrussy acidity provides its good clean finish.
