SaltramThe Eighth Maker Shiraz
About this product
Made by the eighth winemaker at Saltram, Nigel Dolan, this wine is a tribute to the very special heritage of Saltram in the Barossa Valley. Following on the Jimmy Watson winning 2002 vintage was always going to be tough, but the 2003 does exactly that. Deep crimson hues revealing a nose of anise and hints of truffle. Brilliant oak integration in the mouth complimented by generous black and blue fruits. A wine of style and substance.
