Following on the Jimmy Watson winning 2002 vintage was always going to be tough, but the 2003 does exactly that. Deep crimson hues revealing a nose of anise and hints of truffle. Brilliant oak integration in the mouth complimented by generous black and blue fruits. A wine of style and substance.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
