One of my favourites! Beautiful fine beads of delicious bubbles which I believe comes from vineyards not far from Adelaide in the Piccadilly Valley. Great value for an outstanding sparkling wine to rival some of the French.

The flavour is fresh, full citrus but the biscuit mentioned in the above review didnt feature as strongly as one would expect. Some nutty tones, smoothing out into a long and warm finish. Most dissapointing is the bead, the bubbles are too
